Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy

Our greatest commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you chose your product in our online store but, upon receiving it, were not satisfied or noticed a manufacturing defect, we ensure your right to exchange or return it in two cases:

1.1. Dissatisfaction with the product:

Within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt, the customer may request a refund or a replacement of the product upon returning the received item.

1.2. Defective product:

Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt, the customer is entitled to an exchange of the defective product (no refund is available in this case).

  • For defects such as a damaged glass or display, visible scratches, or missing parts, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receipt and provide images of the received package.
  • If the customer contacts us after the 24-hour period, the issue will be considered due to misuse.

In both cases, the first step is to contact our Customer Service via email.
Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with the product return.

Returning a Product Due to Dissatisfaction:

  • The product must have no signs of use.
  • For watches, the product must not have had bracelet links removed for adjustment. It must be returned in its original packaging (including the courier packaging with the shipping label).
  • If these conditions are not met, the refund or exchange will not be processed.

Once we receive the returned package, we will analyze it to confirm compliance with the return conditions. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you to choose between:

2.1. Exchanging for another product available in stock.

2.2. Receiving a refund of the amount paid for the products (only for returns within the first 7 days of receipt).


Warranty Policy

All products in our store come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.

To activate the warranty, the customer must:

  1. Send a video (up to 1 minute) proving the issue, also showing the original product packaging (courier packaging with the label).
  2. Alternatively, provide clear photos of the defect, with the original packaging visible.
  • If the customer cannot provide a video or photos, they must send the product to our address for analysis. The shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, but they will receive a discount coupon equal to the PAC shipping cost.
  • The product must be sent in the original courier packaging, with the shipping label intact.

IMPORTANT: Our company does not provide technical assistance or authorized repair services. For further inquiries, please contact our team for full support.

Warranty Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase, such as broken or cracked screens.
  • Liquid damage, such as dropping the product in water or submersion. Even if some products are water-resistant, there are specific usage limits.
  • Damage caused by repair attempts or modifications made by the customer or third parties.
  • Improper use of accessories.
  • Wear and tear (e.g., screen scratches, oxidation due to high uric acid levels in the user).
  • Expected battery lifespan reduction.
  • Testing-related damages, such as attempting to verify screen durability or water resistance.

4.2. Cancellations due to logistical issues beyond the company's control cannot be processed.


Policy for Free Products

Warranty: All our products, including free items, come with a 30-day warranty under the same terms as regular purchases.

Exchanges and Cancellations: We do not accept exchanges or cancellations for promotional products, as this is a special promotion where the customer pays only for shipping.

The product color will be shipped according to stock availability. If a color is unavailable, another will be sent.


Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: 3 to 10 calendar days, depending on the chosen shipping method (Saturdays are not considered business days).

Our products are not located in Brazil and must go through customs clearance before being delivered by the Brazilian postal service (Correios).

We offer two shipping methods, with a maximum delivery time of 15 business days after the courier posts the package. However, deliveries usually take 5 to 10 business days.

Your order will be shipped after:

  1. Payment Confirmation: Processing takes 1 to 3 business days.
  2. Logistics Processing: Takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product's origin (typically 2 to 5 business days).

Our specialized team monitors the shipping process to ensure smooth delivery.

Maximum Delivery Times:

  • Payment confirmation: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Logistics processing: 2 to 7 business days.
  • Postal service delivery time: 5 to 10 business days.

These are maximum timeframes, and products may arrive earlier.

Business Days:

All deadlines refer to business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded).
